This post got to be in English as I`m now officially a member of Leipig Writers. After performing with the regulars already at an event at Poniatowski Bar during the book fair two weeks ago, it felt like the next logical
piece to add to my cafe puzzle.
Thanks to Stew, the vice-president of the club, who´s always full of ideas and energy, I´m very certain now to include readings and fairytale sessions in the program of my upcoming
cafe.
As a kid I dove right into any story, inhaled all the books I could get a hold of and am hoping to encourage today´s youngsters to discover the magic of "offline" literature, too. Und jetzt auf

Yep, jetzt isses amtlich - Ich bin nun Mitglied der Leipzig Writers. Nach meinem Auftritt in der Poniatowski Bar während der Buchmesse fühlte sich das wie das nächste passende Stück in meinem Cafe-Puzzle. an.
Besonderer Dank gilt dabei Stew, dem Vize des Vereins, der total begeistert ist von meiner Idee und noch mehr von der Vorstellung, Kindern durch Lesungen in Deutsch oder Englisch die Magie der Geschichten und Bücher näher zu bringen.
Als Kind war ich ein absoluter Bücherwurm und bin mit Haut und Haaren in jede Geschichte eingetaucht. Je dicker die Bücher, desto besser und die Welt da draußen konnte warten. Ich fänd´s toll, wenn ich die heutigen Krümel für die Schönheit des Lesens von "echten" Büchern begeistern könnte.
